My coaching program includes coaching online via YourVirtualArena with an upgrade opportunity. As a client, you are expected to use the tools for preparation and follow up of our conversation online.

If you choose to upgrade to 1:1 coaching, I still expect you to use the tool as it will form the basis for the effectiveness of the coaching program.

The benefits are:

• you decide when you spend time on coaching
• you get a full documentation of your progress and results throughout the coaching program
• you keep the documentation online for reference purposes after program close
• you have the possibility to provide feedback at any time allowing me to develop my program further for the benefit of you and others

For coaching by phone, I offer the possibility to use Skype for individuals or GoToMeeting /GoToWebinar functionality with local dial in numbers globally for groups.
