In a previous post, I went over the meaning of social media and how you can use two of the most popular platforms, LinkedIn and Facebook, for business. In this post, I will be continuing on with that theme and going over how you can use Pinterest and Twitter to attract more business opportunities.
Pinterest – Pinterest is a great way to visually interact with your target audience and clients through pinning product images, industry infographics, or any other visual. Depending on the type of business or services you provide, you can use Pinterest to both promote products, generate leads, and build your audience. Since Pinterest allows others to “repin” your images, you will find that your images can reach audiences you never even thought to tap.
Twitter – Twitter can provide a great opportunity to establish your brand and connect with others in the industry. Through it you can give your followers real time customer service, share the latest industry news, and network with others. Some people consider Twitter their own university, a source of inspiration for anyone looking to develop. And…you may turn into an inspirational source to your followers.
Interested in learning how you can further enhance your efforts on either of these platforms? Stay tuned for future updates where I will introduce you to an expert in the field!
